Our internal processes are described and documented in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Training systems and providing proof of training for permanent employees and temporary staff alike are integral components of our quality management. This ensures that all processes are performed in accordance with GMP, DIN EN ISO 9001 and HACCP. If customers make new requests, corresponding SOPs are developed and documented, and training is carried out accordingly. Our internal non-conformity registration system guarantees that processes are always up to date and function optimally. In addition, we have implemented a system for continuous process improvement (CAPA).
Regular self-inspections ensure that the process flows and workflows specified in the SOPs are understood and rigorously implemented by all employees. Audits by customers and authorities for assessment of requirements and guidelines round off our system. Operations in which certain temperature and air humidity requirements must be met are appropriately monitored. A certified professional service provider monitors the data and analyses it.
